as a proprietary brand of BaYS
Connections to portray the eternal circle
of life in wine.
Wine is as old as civilization, yet
each new vintage reaffirms life as a gift of nature
to be admired and embraced.
The logo tells the story with a stylised
e for embrace, embracing
life with passion, joy and love. The red stroke symbolises
people as life. The word embrace
repeated around the bottle, symbolises warmth and friendship
which comes from enjoying wine together.
For our first release of embrace,
we have selected a white and red wine. The white wine
is a Sauvignon Blanc which is aromatic and fruity with
moderate acidity, giving the wine a delicate flavour.
The red wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot done in
a modern style. The nose is still shy but will develop
with bottle age. The palate is full of red berry fruit
with a hint of violets. The tannins are very soft which
makes this wine approachable now and will be enjoyed
by both neophytes and aficionados.
