Dear Wine Lover

Some years ago, I attended a workshop themed ‘carrot, coffee beans and hard-boiled egg’.  The seminar was about classic management theories about how we manage in times of adversity.  What I learnt: Coffee beans are the best examples; at boiling point, they give off the freshest aromas.

I decided to be a ‘coffee bean’, but I find myself getting disappointed and hurt.  I believe I am more like a Bop Bag, as I bounce back in times of adversity with sunny, steady humour.  This Bop Bag is looking forward to Sat 14th Apr, which is the day the guest band ‘Tacet’ plays at The Wine Company tm.  It will tug my heart strings to hear ‘I Look To You’.

Mount Arthur Vineyard is situated on Nelson's Waimea plains on the gravelly soils of 2 river systems.  Bordered by the rugged ranges leading to the Southern alps, the pure beauty of the area is expressed in the grapes and wine drawn from the vineyard.  This Sauvignon Blanc gives this wine a milder and rounder aroma of gooseberry, tropical fruit and cut grass.  In the mouth, the wine is lifted by gentle acidity giving it a refreshing and harmonious taste.

Free Complimentary Dish  For those who love an early tipple in the day, Chef Keith is serving up a complimentary dish (choice of nachos or cheese croquettes) for every bottle of wine ordered between 3-6pm!  Available for dine-in only at all outlets.

Snacks and Desserts Till The End  Even when the main kitchen closes, you can always look forward to our cheese platter, nachos, tiramisu and sundaes!  Over at Changi Village, we will also be serving up lasagne!

Live Music  Pen down Sat, 14th Apr at 8:30pm on your calendar, as that is when the band ‘Tacet’ – a 5 piece band made up of true blue young Singaporeans (who are all teachers by day) will be belting out hot favourites, including songs by Adele, Jason Mraz and Neyo!  Catch them at The Wine Company tm @ Sentosa Boardwalk.

Make-A-Wish Foundation Singapore

We are so elated that Make-A-Wish Foundation in Singapore is turning 10, and have decided to celebrate it the universal way...with FOOD!

We are also doubly excited to be one of the founding restaurant partners of the inaugural celebration.  To honour this special accomplishment, our chef brigade has proudly created the cheesy meat lasagna ($20 nett) and 50% of the gross proceeds will go to the foundation to grant the wishes of children with life threatening illnesses.
