To register for Your Wine Company Privilege Card, you can

 

- visit any of our outlets, complete a form and make payment either by cash, nets or credit card

 

- download the PDF form below and mail the completed form to us together with a cheque payable to BaYS Connections Pte Ltd

Please note that the processing of applications will take approximately 12 working days.
