A reminder that when it comes to time spent away from work, away from routine, it's a good idea to put food at the center of the leisure — to eat for pleasure, with intent and as a hedonist, I indulge in the nectar of the gods.  These days, I am on the hunt for grapes.  It's like in scuba diving, you are no longer looking out for sharks, it's to spot a Nudibranch, 'a lump of colourful molluscs' - unknown, insignificant, challenging to find but unique.
